6. Course Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a Course, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the Course as indicated at the time of purchase. Course fees are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect Courses for which you have already paid.

Access to Course content may be limited by time, as specified in the Course description at the time of purchase. After the specified access period expires, you may lose access to Course materials unless you repurchase the Course or extend your access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Course at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any Course.

You may not transfer, assign, or share your access to Courses with any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments for Courses are processed through our third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Site and Services in a timely manner with a valid payment method.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

8. No Financial Advice

The content and materials provided through the Site and Services are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER FINANCELEARN HUB NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH FINANCELEARN HUB REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE, SERVICES, OR CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

FINANCELEARN HUB HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FINANCELEARN HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinanceLearn Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Canada or the courts of the Province of Quebec, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by FinanceLearn Hub of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of FinanceLearn Hub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
