1. Introduction
At FinanceLearn Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education courses and materials. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
By purchasing any course or service from FinanceLearn Hub, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Individual Course Purchases
For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
2.2 Course Bundles and Packages
For course bundles and packages, the 14-day refund period applies from the date of purchase. However, if you have accessed more than 30% of any individual course within the bundle, or if you have accessed more than two courses within the bundle (regardless of completion percentage), you will not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the value of the unused courses.
2.3 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months; however, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less a 20% administrative fee.
2.4 Downloadable Materials and E-Books
Due to the digital nature of downloadable materials and e-books, all sales are final once the content has been downloaded. No refunds will be issued unless the material is found to be defective or significantly different from what was advertised.
2.5 Live Webinars and Events
For live webinars and events:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund
If you cannot attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by contacting us at least 24 hours before the event.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
- When a refund is requested after the specified refund period has elapsed
- When a course or product is marked as "non-refundable" in its description
- When a user has accessed a significant portion of the course content (more than 30%)
- When a refund has already been issued for a previous purchase by the same customer
- When there is evidence of fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or violation of our Terms and Conditions
- For technical issues that are beyond our control, such as problems with your internet connection or device compatibility
Special promotional offers, flash sales, or heavily discounted courses may be offered with modified or no refund options, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Order number or purchase ID
- Course or product name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund

All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our content:

We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly. If we cannot resolve a legitimate technical issue within 72 hours, and the issue significantly impacts your ability to access our content, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard refund period.
6. Course Cancellations
In the rare event that FinanceLearn Hub must cancel a course or significantly change its content after your purchase, we will offer you the following options:
- A full refund
- Credit toward another course of equal or lesser value
- Access to a revised version of the course, if available
We will notify you of any significant changes or cancellations via email, and you will have 30 days from the notification date to select your preferred option.
7. Promotional Credits and Gift Cards
Promotional credits, discount coupons, and gift cards:
- Are not refundable for cash unless required by law
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Have expiration dates as indicated at the time of issuance
If you use a promotional credit or gift card for a purchase and subsequently request a refund for that purchase, the refund will be issued as a credit to your FinanceLearn Hub account, not as a monetary refund to your original payment method.
8. Changing Our Refund Policy
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
For purchases made before a policy change, the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
